Education and Youth Development Bureau

-At the request of and appointment by the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ), I am the lead in the designing of modern STEM curriculum that include contents, pedagogy and assessments for Macau schools (3 years’ time frame with a launch in 19 schools in September 2019 and in all Macau schools in subsequent years).

-I design AI curriculum and provide teacher training for educators in Macau across grades. The first training was conducted on 21 September 2024 attended by 50 teachers.

Service to Macau schools

-I am a consultant for numerous local schools and museums in Macau on the formulation and execution of STEM education.

-As a regional expert on STEM education and assessment, I routinely give talks in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese on ‘careers in STEM’ and ‘women in STEM’ to recruit female students into STEM disciplines.
