I am currently Adjunct Professor (Educational Administration) of the Faculty of Education, University of Macau, China. After serving the secondary education sector of China Hong Kong for more than twenty years, I started to commit myself as a tertiary teacher educator since 1995 informing my teaching, academic and professional services in China Hong Kong and China Macau with active scholarly activities and research output.
